We provide a complimentary 1-year warranty for all our products because we believe in and stand behind all our products. Warranty includes damage and cosmetic repairs.

Customers should always provide proof of purchase to claim warranty for any kind of damages. Lost or stolen products are not subject to warranty.

Customers who claim warranty for any product will receive their first repair/replacement for free with no extra charges except for return shipping as part of their first year. However, every claim after the first, the customer is subject to pay for two-way shipping and service fees.

Warranty can be claimed by only the customer whose card is on file that matches with the proof of purchase. Proper identification may be required when claiming warranty to ensure the genuity of the product(s).

Taking Care of Gold-Plated Jewelry:

1. Do not wear in the shower and avoid exposure to precipitation.

2. Do not sleep wearing plated jewelry.

3. Do not wear if sweating excessively. 

If taken care of properly, the jewelry will not experience a change color for a prolonged period of time.
