We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. This includes the time to design, fabricate, and test your pendant. Choose expedited shipping (1-2 weeks) at check-out if you want exceptionally quick shipping for your custom products 🚚
What to expect?
- When ordering the item, type out the letters you want dispalyed on your necklace. Select from the dropdown the number of letters. Please note that price depends on the number of letters.
- Select the color and chain type.
- After you place the order, we send the specifications to our jeweler. Please allow 2-3 weeks for them to construct and test it.
- When it's shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. At this point, it should take about a week to arrive.

Our return policy lasts for a total of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. The customer is eligible for a refund with no questions asked whenever if there is any damage caused during the manufacturing or shipping processes. We can exchange or repair your product if you are not happy with the product due to quality reasons.
Any Shipping Costs Are Not Refundable
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products on clearance are non-refundable. Products purchased from the Custom Jewelry Collection are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase, as they are made according to the customer's specifications.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return any products without contacting support.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after being approved for one, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our support team which can be contacted at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping (an) item(s) over $250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All delivery within the United States will take roughly 1-2 weeks except for custom pendants. International deliveries will generally take about one week longer. Delivery time will be prolonged during peak seasons.
Custom Jewelry will take 2-3 weeks for expedited shipping, and 4-5 weeks for free shipping. Expedited shipping will cost $40.00 USD extra, and can be purchased during the checkout process.
Factors such as the weather, holidays, production delays, and high order volumes may delay the delivery process.
If your products are not received within the ETA period, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the e-mail for an update regarding your order.
